Form + Function

Where is the soul in furniture? If we all buy similar objects to fill our homes, do they have personal meaning? Are the things around us challenging us, or do they just blend in? Do objects tell a story, do they further a space, do they inspire your day? Do you want to blend in, or be one of a kind? Am I the only one who thinks this way? Objects are constantly thrown at us. Mass made products are often cheap and easy to find. However some goods and spaces are made with thought, with depth. Goods with souls, and stories bringing reverence to the world around them. Items made by artisans and crafts people, who live to work with their hands. Those hands you shake upon meeting them. In buying their goods, or inviting them into your space, you are not only supporting their means, you're inspiring their dreams. This is the life I strive to live, to put my heart and soul into everything I make, for you to be inspired by my goods and spaces for generations. I invite you along on the journey, let's go!
